I really liked the coffee, the outdoor area was adorable, the house was really cute, the instructions were helpful and it was a great location. (It is by a trailer park, but no one bothered is in the least)

We liked that it was cozy but ants were an unforeseen problem. There was no instructions for the tv, no restaurant or sighting seeing recommendations. We were disappointed the beach house was not actually on or near a "beach." More like on a bay. The place was overpriced with an additional Vacca fee added.

The house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Nice touches like board games and a very well-equipped kitchen a person could really cook in. Very peaceful and right around the corner form the water.
